what should i feed a maroon clown

i have frozen fomula one, prime reef and flake will any of that work and what else should i get

I have two maroons. I feed them frozen vrine, frozen blood worms, and flake. A lot of people like mysis shrimp too.

Scott - just about anythingonce thier acclimated. They appreciate a diet of brine shrimp, algae flake, frozen algae food.
their really not that picky.
