what should I put in my 90 gal FOWLR

There is nothing in it but water and rock starting to cycle.
I am trying to get a fish list, I want an eel (thinking snowflake) but I dont know alot about them I also want a sohal tang any other suggestions on what else to put in there?

a sohal tang will be far too big and aggressive for a 90. the eel you mentioned will be fine.
if you want an agressive 90, i'm assuming this because you're in the aggressive forum, you could do somethin' like this:
your eel
maroon clown
dwarf lion
dwarf angel

Those are bad choices for your tank size, all get very big really fast.
