ok, i have over 50 pounds of rock, maybe more, i have alot of coraline alge and my rock had come along way from when i first got it, but i was wondering what i could use to help the rock grow and help things like the little feather dusters that i can see, i'm using all KENT MARINE stuff right now, they are Iodine, Liquid Calcium and Strontium Molybdenum, are these what i need to make my live rock grow????????

for the feather dusters use kent micro-vert.

Does live rock actually "grow". I have just kept my water levels very well, and just feed my fish, and I have little things growing everywhere. The fs that UI bought it at said it didn't add anything, that they just let the lights do the job and all that other stuff like coral-vital and stuff would just junk up my water. Was I told wrong? I do have some liverock in my qt, but no fish right now, so I don't turn the light on, and I can tell a huge difference.

what about Instant Algae like for example,
Tetraselmis, Nannochloropsis or anything like this?
