What size hood fan?

I bought a radio shack 3-1/8" 115v fan(32cfm) but found it to be too noisy, so i brought it back. I found one on line for $10 that is rated at 57 cfm 30 dB and is 4-5/8"x4-5/8". I have a 45g (36" long) tank and run 2x96w pc lights & the wood hood is open in back. Will this be too much air movement or just right?
thanks,

The only bad thing about having a lot of air movement is you will have a lot of evap.

Do you suggest less air movement like say 27-32cfm? I want fans because of the heat my PC bulbs give off & keeping cooler bulbs means longer bulb life.

If you want the Cadillac of hood fans - look into the IceCap's.
4"
Multi-speed w/thermal sensor
Move up to 112 cfm
They're relatively expensive compared to other's of equal size.
But so are Cadillacs.
