What size power head for a hospital tank?

I know there's a few posts out there regarding quarantine/hospital tanks.
I am planning to have a 15g tank ready to use in an emergency. All i'm planning to do is pull water from my 150g tank and replace every second day in the hospital tank.
But what size power head is would be necesary? What sort of water flow would be needed?
Also the tank may be used for curing live rock.
Thanks in advance.

I have 10g QT/TX tank I use a 170gph. In retrospect, I could have gone for a larger powerhead. Water flow is very important for QT/TX tanks and for curing LR. I wpuld get a powerhead with a sponge filter to prevent sucking in fish.
