What size powerhead do I need (GPH)

Hi,
I'm in the middle of ordering my new lights and skimmer and want to add a powerhead to my tank. I have a 90 gallon fish only and it only has the return hose coming back out of the overflow. I want to add another powerhead to the other side of the tank about half way down to point toward the front center.
For my tank, what size powerhead should I get in GPH and what brand would you recommend. I'm waiting to get a few answers to this before I place my order.
Thanks,
Tangman :D

You want about 6-10 times your tank size in circulation. i.e. 540 - 900 gallons per hour for a 90. Use multiple PH instead of one big one.
In my 90 I have 2 PowerSweep 228's (270gph each), and 2 Rio 600s (200gph each).
I have the Rios sitting on top of the Sweeps pointed in toward the middle, and the sweeps, well they occasionally sweep. I used to like them alot, but they are starting to annoy me. The Rios have been trouble free, but others hate them and have had bad experiences. Maxi Jets are reported to be very good.

Thanks Fender,
I went ahead and ordered a maxi-jet 900 (230 gph) powerhead to place in the back right hand side of my tank. I think that will be enough for now.
I've never had any powerheads in the tank, just the return from my sump which has a Rio 2500.
I also ordered a Mag 7 pump just in case the Rio melts down. I've never had any problems with it, but enough people have that I don't want to be caught with my pants down.
