What temp to get rid of Ick?

I posted an earlier post thinking I had oodinium.. but by the time I got home from work little white spots developed.. so Its ICK.. I started garlic treatment and will KICK ICK tomarrow.... I heard that raising the temp works too..... what temp should I raise it too?

PS.. It is a reef tank with many corals and Inverts
