What the heck is going on??

I keep getting this message:

Insufficient Permissions

Your account does not have the required permissions to access this page.
Logout and try again with an administrative account, or contact a site administrator for support.
I am just trying to read a normal thread. I logged out and back in and get the same deal. Please advise!!

Well, I can now access. So I am not sure what WAS up. Oh Well.

I know i just try to post and told me I need something to post. after writing a paragraph of text. Luckily I copied it logged out and logged back in then pasted it and it worked. Glad they shut down to clean up form lol.
