what the heck is this thing!

i found it in my tank.. it has two mouths and 4 corner looking things in each mouth. it has yellow mushrooms growing on it. i thought it was just a rock but its alive it moves to a lil bit. ??? plz help

i dont see any. but ill check in the morning... it falls over.. and sorta twist and turns a lil bit. but it moves really slow like i dont even notice it moves.. lol its freaky lookn

I agree that this is most likely what it is. May be or simular to Polycarpa aurata.
