What the...is this thing?

I found an ugly prickly, pink worm looking thing in my tank. Does anybody have any idea of what this thing is? Have you seen anything like it?

Yes I have, they are called bristle worms, benifical to the reef tank, unless they get really big.

They are quite common and I bet most who have live rock have some bristle worms. Like Thomas said they are beneficial becasue they will eat and break down waste in your tank.
