What to add

I know I have asked this question 1000 times, but my upgraded tanks need more fish. Right now in the 65 I have 2 clown 2 bangaii, 1 chromis - 1 bicolored blennie.
I would like to add
2 cleaner shrimp
1 or two more emerald crabs
1 porcelain crab
1 clam - ????
some type of anthias 2 or 3
mandarin dragonet
40 gallon
I have 1 black & gold damsel - he is quit shy - doesn't bite if I put my arm in - originally I was thinking of a dwarf fuzzy - I kinda like the black & gold - I could do a damsel tank - some pretty colorful one's out there and they are kinda fun to watch, I know you guys don't like damsels but what can I say.
Also I have set up a 20 gallon QT - took some of the media out of my other set up.
Horse tank is still being thought of - I don't think it would work since I do travel.
Anyways thanks for looking.

Do you have a fuge in your 65? It really helps if you plan on keeping a dragonet. You could make a pod condo, leave it in ur fuge to seed and then put it in your DT. I had a spotted mandaring for a while, I had to add copepods so he would have something to eat, unfortunately the copepod eggs got wet without me knowing and he died.
You could do an aggressive tank in your 40, I had one with damsels, a maroon clown and a snowflake eel. Really liked it, gave the fish away since I liked the variety that I could have in a peacefull reef, blennies, gobies, percs, dwarf angels...

For the 65:
I'd add a dwarf angel, a basslet (I'm currently in love with the yellow acessors),a flasher or fairy wrasse (why not both!) and 3 red saddled anthias along with the inverts you listed and your madarin. Keep in mind, I'm a heavy stocker...
For the 40G:
I'd still do the dwarf fuzzy. He's probably not going to harm the damsel

lol +1 im a heavy stocker as well....i feed rather good portions once a day as well tisk*tisk*tisk....
anywayz...
add the emerald crab! Ive got two males and a female in my 36gal...
one in my smaller tank!
I only have one shrimp in each tank....no expierence with two in one tank! Sounds kool though!
Fish wise: id add two more chromis to ur 65...ull love it i promise! They will start to school immediatly!
add two anthias maybe too?!?! Ive never had one but everyone says theyre great!
+1 on the wrasse....but only one if ur going w/ my suggestions!
why not a goby too!?!?
Idk about the lion eating the small damsel?!?! If its the same one that i had AL...it may get eatin.
I dont see anything wrong with doing a speicies only tank! Lots of diff damsels out thier!
Than again i want a predator tank too lol....cant do one though cuz im in love with that coral stuff!

Thanks for all the replies - some good ideas - I think your are right about the fuzzy dwarf TL - I will keep with the original plan. I do a fuge and the sop condo sounds like a plan - have to get going on that.
Thanks again everyone.
