what to attach to return

How do you get the water out of the return pump to ur return pipe... do you do pvc all the way or flex tube or what

im using pvc all the way with flex tubing in the middle to if i ever have to take it apart it will be easier. this is of course IMO and my own way of doing my sump.
flex tube is good i think but with pvc you can add ball valves and create turns and such better.
