Do a search on ICH there are a ton of post. Hyposalinity and copper are the 2 effective methods for treating it.

Go over to the Disease & Treatments forum and follow the hyposalinity procedures to the letter. Hypo is better than copper treatments.

Garlic extreme worked very well for me and I have a 120 reef. Took me 3 weeks of garlic and a new UV sterilzer plus 4 cleaner shrimp to get the ich cleared out of my tank. A UV sterilver helps tremendously and the shrimp helped out a little bit as well. It seemed like the cleaner shrimp were loving the fact that the fish had ich, because they were constantly attached to my fish. Just my 2 cents.

I switch between Garlic Extreme and fresh garlic juices and use a UV on each on each of my tanks.
I believe in UVs but there are some people online that don't believe in them. I just got through with a huge debate over them on another thread.
