what to do next?

So I am on a budget and trying to figure out what I want to do next.... I could build atinics....I could get a big container so I could do bigger water changes...the new lights would help me run my mh less which would be nice lower the heat a little which climbed to 82 the other day. A new container and pump would be nice because then I could do bigger water changes every couple weeks instead of 10 gallons every week. Which do you think would be more beneficial?

Actinics would be the better way to go. The water change/pump issue is just a convenience issue mostly, the actinics will actually save some money in the long run.

So true there is an old business that is closed next door to my house. I went over there and asked the guy who owns it if I could take apart one of the eight foot lights they have in there and get a ballast and starter or what ever need out he said ok so that's the way I guess.
