If the wound is red, showing torn flesh, you might QT the Clown and use tetracycline. If the wound isn't opened up too much, just damaged scales, I wouldn't worry... except that next time it could be worse.
What kind of Lion?

How long is the lion, and how long is the clown? Lions tend not to bite - they swallow whole, and generally head first. If the clown has scrapes near the tail, I wouldn't expect it was the lion that did it, unless the clown could fit head first that far into the lion - then escape afterwards.
