what to do with the anemone

I have a piece of lr in my qt that has some sort of anemone (I think) on it. I don't have the lights for soft corals so what do I do with it? Will it live?Will it die and release toxins? I'm ready to move this lr batch to the main tank.
No digital camera here but it is pale taupe with a slight purple tinge. It has a fat soft stem and a head with little fingers. All of it is about an inch.

It is an anemone called Aipstatia. You don't want that in your tank. Pour some hot water or lemon juice on it. It is an anemone but it is a nuisance anemone which will spread like wildfire in your tank. Kill it now beofre you put the rock in your tank.

I found one a few days ago and wasnt to fast or quick about getting him outta there. well he moved almost all the way across the tank in a day....i had a

of a time finding him. but once i found him out came the turkey baster with a few drops of boiling hot lemon juice. and he withered but man get him outta there!
