What to do with this zoa?

I recently bought a zoa colony grown on a branchy coral skeleton. It doesn't hold the polyps well and I tried to frag it, but the polyps started coming off almost like a sheet.
This is my first zoa, so I am not sure what to do. Help please.

Just pull that part off that is floating and super glue it to something

Yup there is a mat down there. Use a razor blade to cut the mat then do as reb says, super glue it to a pc. of rubble or something.

I am still not sure how the superglue will take to the bottom of a zoa. The zoa will be wet, so will the glue stick?
Any ideas about the size or shape of the rock I should use?

Before I superglue, I dab with a paper towel to dry both the rock and the coral.

Ive had a problem with a similar zoa not sticking with the glue and had to reglue 3 times....finally i found a live rock with a hole that i could put them in and used a couple pieces of tread lightly wraped around them and the rock to secure them
