What to do....

Hi!
I recently consolidated my reef from a 55 to a 20 (Hair Algae
)... So, being me, I can't have an empty tank so I am looking for ideas as to what I can do for a FOWLR with as low an initial set up cost as possible. Here is what I have equipment-wise:
3 Powerheads (2-Powersweep, 1-MaxiJet)
2 HOB Filters (20-40s)
48" Coralife Dual Aqualight (260w)
Marineland ALL Tempered Panels glass tank
Cabinet
Also, besides initial set-up, what would be an interesting stock-list? I don't really want any huge predators because I'd like to leave the option to upgrade my 20 in the future if I can control HA... Thanks!

Preferably not too aggressive since I already have a 125 predator....

I don't really want to have to spend more than $100 for the initial set-up if I can avoid it, however for fish I try to keep it less $50....
I thoght of native... Other than Pins what else is really out there? I know that off our jetty I have caught weird green gobies and sargent majors... Any others? Thanks!

Well I have never been to florida, but here there are all kinds of little fish around the marshes. There are also some cool shrimp here such as pepermint shrimp and pistol shrimp.

txfishman: I have seen a myriad of species around our marshes as well... I may end up trying to find some oddities and keeping them...
small triggers: LOL! One day, I'll have a tank the size of my current fish room and it'll have Tarpon, Snook, Barracuda, etc.! Just need the $$$
I think I'm going to go with a Carribean biotope that matches a FL marsh or the Daytona Jetty as close as possible... Updates will continue...
