what to feed a pink tip condy?

What is good to feed a pink tip condy? How often?

Hey,
I feed my condy 3 times a week, and you feed it meaty chunks, mine loves mysis shrimp & ocean plankton, with a ghost shrimp every now & then.

Mine likes chopped scallops and krill.

Do i Just chop a piece of the cube off and put it on the anemone? So far he has been getting the shrimp my other fish doesn't eat, is this enough or should I spot feed him?
Where do I get squid from? My lfs just sells frozen shrimp thanx!

Anything frozen must be thawed first, then rinsed to remove phosphates.
Anything larger can be dieced up to the size no larger than a pencil eraser.
Small peices can be sucked up with a dedicated turkey baster and gently squirted into the central disk area where the tentacls can get a hold of it.
Larger pieces can be placed on the central disk as well.

thank-you. Mine seems to be good now, but are there things I should look for to see If it's getting enough food. Iguess what I'm trying to say is how do I know it's healthy?

just in my experience my condy seems to feed more off my lights than meaty food.
i do spot feed about 2-3 a week larger pieces of forumla one.
