What to feed a snowflake eel

:help: Can anyone tell me what I can feed my snowflake eel? We've had him for about a week and I tried putting krill in there and he does go crazy when he sees it but he always darts away from it. Any suggestions? Thanks, I apprecitate it.

Krill soaked in suppliments, Silversides, Squidd if he'll take it, and my SFE's favorite.... Cocktail shrimp.
Use a feeding tong.
