Your diet for the anemone is ok no need for phytoplankton, could even be expanded to include chopped shrimp, squid, Formula 1, frozen plankton, krill, silversides.
How long have you had the anemone?
What type of clownfish do you have?
How long have they been in the tank together?

Are your clowns captive bred? If so, many of them do not even know what an anemone is for. You can try taping a picture of a clownfish hosting an anemone to the side of your tank. Worked a few times before that I have heard of.

I have a sample receipe in the FAQ Thread in the Disease Forum. This is basiaclly what and how I feed everything in the tank, including rbta. BTW, the rbta knows when it is feeding time. As soon as the turkey baster with this mix hits the water, he expands tenticles and graps hold of the tip of the baster when it gets within reach.
