I feed my rbta cut up silversides soaked in Selcon (a type of marine vitamin supplement).

We buy it at the LFS. It is just a frozen cube that you will find with other frozen fish foods. He is fed every few weeks. All I have to do is drop it right above him and he grabs it! Seems to like it and he is healthy.
