What to feed my anemonies?

I feed my anemones about every 3 days. I alternate fresh fish scraps, clam scraps, shrimp scraps, squid scaps...
I chop it up really fine and put it in a syrings with 1ml of phytoplex per anemone and squirt it onto it's tentacles.

Many anemones will accept, silvesides, krill, mysis shrimp, frozen zooplankton, and as mudplayerx points out you can make some home made food with shrimp, scallops, clam etc. Just chop it fine so that it fits into a dedicated turkey baster for tank only use, then just squirt it into the tentacls.
With proper lighting for BTA's for instance you can get away without feeding them for a couple of months. Light is the true food they need, for they gather nutrients from the zooxanthellae that resides within them.
