What to feed Red Lobo?

I have a red lobo brain and I was wondering what I should feed it and how often. I read somewhere to feed it some shrimp once a month. I do not know if this is right though.

IMO, a variety of chopped up meaty marine stuff, every few days........or nights.

When your lights go out and the lob opens up place some krill or silversliders on to the lob.
