What to feed with my anemones???HELP!

I got one long tentacle anemone, 2 sebaes. I saw on some threads that they feed their with shirmp. Was is a ordinary shrimp i can buy from any market. Should it be frozen???
What should i feed for my mentioned anemones?

You can use the shrimp at the market, chop it up into small pieces and you can feed by hand, tongs, or somthing to place it into the tenticals of the anemones.
You can also use, krill, silversides, mysis shrimp, squid, scallops, and some of the frozen foods like zooplankton, cyclopezee, formula 1.
