what to feed?

What do you feed fish like a hawkfish or a clown? I know agressive eats frozen food.... Would flakes or pellets be good? And that stress coat stuff, is it ok for saltwater tanks?

is better to have a variety in the diet. frozen foods flakes etc.. mix them up all through out the week.

I am not a fan of stress coats. Usually they contain aloe in them which can cause your skimmer to go crazy and I have found that it leaves a film on the top of your water or even foam!
