what to get next?

in my 55 i currently have 2 clowns, 4 damsels, 1 snail, and 5 crabs,
i also have 10lbs. live rock. my question is, i need more live rock but i also need a skimmer, which one should i get first? (ihave a c.c. substrate and using an emperor 400 for filtration)

I would get more live rock first. This will improve biological filtration in the tank. You can increase water changes to control water quality until you get a skimmer.

tough call, both definitely have their advantages, and i normally would opt for the lr, but having cc, i would look at your water quality, a skimmer woudl go along way here, and faster, b/c the amount most of us would want in a tank your size is definitely gonna be expensive and you should really add slowly, spannning months in adding that amount to an established tank, so for a quicker and more economic difference, i would opt for the skimmer first(personally)
