Ok, I lost a clown and a yellow tail damsel, I threw some snail in as food for him, What can I put in the tank that will not be bothered by the fish, I guess a clean up crew is out of the question, Thanks in advanced

Usually other aggressive fish, plus fish its size of bigger, are generally good tank mates, unless yer puffer is really mean. Then its just a matter of the psycho fish...

Ok, he's a porkcupine puffer about 4 inches, he is in a 75 gal, with about 30lbs. of live rock, I pick up a dozen of snails so he has something to much on but he hasn't touched a single one, I also picked up an arrow crab last night, So far so good, The fish doesn't really like to eat , which goes against everything I read about them, He is still fairly new about 2 weeks, so maybe he is adjusting,

He'd be fine with a smaller grouper (spotted, v-tailed, blue line/spot), larger wrasse (mostly any of the Thalassoma species), other puffers (usually), same size lionfish, clowns (tomatoo, maroon) and peaceful triggers (blue throat, pinktail, niger).

finally he ate, Wife picked up some feeder for our FW, The LFS guy said to throw one or two of them in, and they should last a day, Well we did and they didn't last 2 min, The puffer ate three of them, Now I usually don't like to feed live food because of sickness, but the fish guy reasurred her that these weren't normal feeders and simply fish that we are useing for that purpose so they should be fine, I'm just happy he finally ate, He's getting along great with the arrow crab,
Even saw the crab with a huge peice of kill in it's claws munching away, Also fish guy said a trigger would be ok, I like the
