What to put in a sump?

I have a 20 gallon sump with 4 inches of mature live sand, now what? lol
What type of fish, invertebretes, coral, plants, and macroalgea should i put down their? (basically a refigum) It has 36" 192 pc lighting on it.
this is what i was thinking:
cheato
caulpuera(think i spelled it wrong)
cleaner clams
a rock with 20 muscles
seasquirtes

Thats basically all you need. Some people put fish or inverts in there also that cant be kept in a reef tank.(Small mantis shrimps like green ones or frogfish.)
