What to put in.....

a 38 gallon? I hear I can put an Eel called a Ghost Eel in there , they say on a site the minium tank size of 30 gallons, is that true? any suggestions?

IMO i wouldnt put any eel in a 38g tank only because it will grow really fast, and require a bigger tank. I am not sure if this is true with the ghost eel for i have never had one. But with my experiance with other eels they are better suited for bigger tanks.

i would say a ghost eel could live in a 38gal. I believe some one on this site or another has one in there 30 something gallon tank.
