Is this the common Bursa Trigger or in the family?

Good question...oddly enough the fish we call the Bursa Trigger is actually Rhinecanthus verrucosus, and is closely related to the Humahuma and Assasi....The Lei Trigger is in the same family as the Whitetail and Halfmoon (2 other fairly uncommon Trigs)....As to the "Bursa" in the Latin name of the Lei...
Strange.

Yea, not too sure why there's the name game. Why Rhinecanthus verrucosus got the accepted common name of 'Bursa' while Sufflamen Bursa got 'Lei.'
The Lei's local hawaiian name is HumuHumu Lei, so I'm sure that doesn't help.
Either way wish there were more Sufflamen's in the hobby. Great, hardy fish, that rival Xanthichthys
for their mellowness.

Is that right?? I had them more in the Rhinecanthus aggression level, not much info on them as aquarium specimens though.

Yea, wetweb has them as the 'the mellowest' triggers but Bob doesn't seem a fan of the Xanth's for whatever reason . Most Xanthichthys will even leave LPS corals and ornamental shrimp alone. I would expect a Sufflamen to be far less reef safe. Attitude would be very similar, more so like a Crosshatch, then a Sargassum, but the space needs of a Rhinecanthus. Why I'm such a fan.
