what kind of anemone is this. my friend gave it to me. and he has no idea.

Does it have an orange/red column?
Pink tip haitian or condylactis, its from the atlantic, poor choice for hosting clownfish.

yes it has a orange base and purple tips. what would be a good choise to host a clown fish? thanks david
