What type of Bristle Worm is it?

I had a couple of them in my tank a while back.I thought they had died or somethin because I hadnt seen them in in a long time.When i did see them they were usually small. But then i saw this one a few days ago and it was pretty big. It looks like it can be possibly 3 to 5 inches long. Its a black brownish color. Im pretty sure its a bristle worm but I dont know what type. Are these bad or good?

That looks like a peanut worm

+1 on the peanut worm.
I have one that lives on/in a piece of rock and never moves other than stretching out. Lives next door to my spaghetti worm

Are they bad? What do they eat?

Harmless... just eats detritus as far as I know.
