What type of food can you grow?

i would like to start growing some food in my fuge but i dont know exactly what type of food that will grow in it.
i have a 5 gallon hang on fuge with a 18watt 6500k bulb on it. and i have 2 clowns. What is there to grow?

you can raise brinje shrimp and caularpa is a food for some fish you can grow that even though you probably already are since it is a fuge

I have heard of growing or culturing green water. a form of phytoplankton, do a search for green water culturing station in a search engine I am sure something will come up

I just read an article stating it wasn't good to feed algae from your refugium to your fish. Personally I'm not sure how much I believe that though.

yea i have plent of caulpera but the clowns dont seem to like that... but they do love the frozen brine i give them so maybe ill raise some brine shrimp
