What type of lighting?

What type of lighting do i need to keep corals alive in a 20 gallon. Right now i have a 18" 15 watt fluroescent light with a 1" Dia. in my tank. Alll my tank has is live rock, fish and a feather duster. So i need some color as u can tell.: :happyfish

1 96 watt PC or VHO 50/50 bulb if it would fit, or 2 55 watt PC's/VHO.
A 125 watt metal halide would be the best, though.

Depends on what kind of corals.
