I have an 80 gallon and was wandering what kind of Lionfish to keep in there. I have a soapfish, porcupine, and a fimbriated eel in there right now. Thanks
You could get a good sized volitan or russel's lion. maybe an additional dwarf lion too. but porcupines have been known to nip the spines off lions..just a heads up.
Tank is too small to add a Volitan in the mix. They need 75 gallons, just for themselves. The porcupine vs lion is too much to risk, IMO. The lion will lose. I would lose the porc if I really wanted a V. lion. Good luck.
