what types of coral

I have 384 watts of lighting over my 40 gallon breeder tank that is 16inches high. Is that consider strong lighting at 9.6 watts per/gal and give me the ability to keep a varity of corals. Thanks.

Any soft corals or LPS. No SPS or clams IMO.
And plz do not use a watt's per gallon formula. There are many more variables invovled other than the size of the tank and how many watts of light.

I only used watts per/gal because of the shallow tank not like my 90. I forgot to mention the lights are PCs. Thanks.
