What works best for ICK in reef tank?????

I treated with green-ex but I am loosing fish. My dominos look like salt specks everywhere and now perc. Has anyone found anything good that works???

There are no effective treatments for ich in a marine tank. The fish must be removed to a hospital tank and treated with hyposalinity.

OK I am willing to try. I have a 10 gal QT tank. This is my list of fish can they all be put in a 10 gal tank?
cleaner wrasse
2 domino damsels
3 perc.
1 cin.
devil dam.
yellow tail

I think I am going to wait this one out, keep my parameters stable, and accurate, and do alot of little water changes. PRAY FOR THE BEST

if your going to wait it out they will all certainly die, atleast maybe put in a cleaner wrasse. i had a bout with ich, not as bad as yours sounds, got a cleaner wrasse and it all cleared up and havent seen it since. i know the parasite is probably still present but my fish i think are healthy enough where its not coming back.

some one told me to use kick ich, but I hear that can hurt your tank
