what would be a reasonable price???

i'm moving and will be selling my tank and all contents to a friend but i'm not sure how much i should ask for...
75gal tank (orig. $100)
glass cover
48" twin tube NO flouresent lights
5" dsb
45lbs lr and another 15lbs base rock
remora pro skimmer
stand (generic black stand orig. $160)
300 watt heater
the only inhabitants are 5 turbos and a mexican dragon eel
i think thats everything...
so what would be a resonable price?

Well it all depends on how good of a friend he is.
I'd say 250 for a friend, 400 for a friend of a friend.
