What Would Be Your Dream Lighting

Christmas is coming and the wife is in good spirits. I have a 40 gallon acrylic with 4-55 watt power compacts. I would like to upgrade to MH's and the wife has given the okay. What would you go with if you had this tank? I would like to be able to keep SPS and Clams.

I would probably run two 175watt MH with the PCs as supplemental lighting. That is going to need some room to breath and some fans of course.
