What would you all do for my ICH problem?

Problem: My regal tang (1" long) is covered with white spots. My Koran Angel (2" long) is showing signs of white spots (not near as many). Almost positive I have ICH. What is the best solution to my problem? I have a 10 gallon tank for my feeder shrimp but I have none designated for a QT tank eventhough should. Any advice?Symptoms: White spots, rubbing LR frequently. Eating just fine.
Diet:
Flake food with added garlic, agar, algae strips.
Duration of symptoms:
I bought regal tang about a month ago from SWF.com and had 1 white spot. I have not had an ICH problem before. The Koran Angel has shown mild symptoms since yesterday.
Species/Stock List:

Fishes -Panther grouper (2" long), Convict Damsel (1 1/2" long), Blue Damsel (1" long), two false percula clowns (both 1" long), Regal Tang (1" long), and Koran Angel (1" long)

55 Gallon FOWLR - 65 lbs LR, 2 - 3" live sand base. Tank system has been running for 3 months. I am expanding to a 300 gallon FOWLR tank in the near future
Devices - mecanical, biological and chemical filtration, AquaC HOB protein skimmer, two power heads for circulated flow (no dead spots)
I HAVE A 10 GAL QT TANK BUT NOT SET UP

***No new additions - Koran Angel and Regal Tang are the newest additions since one month.

Set up the 10 gallon for some of the rock and the inverts. Put the rest of the rock into a storage container with saltwater from the display, a heater (if needed), and a powerhead. Perform hyposalinity on the display. There are instructions in the top FAQ thread.
