What would you do?

Curing a 30lbs of rock I bought from a guy who broke down a tank. 3/4 dry, some still moist with some live die off.

Been curing for a few weeks. Had big ammonia bloom, did water changes and now for a week, tiny amount of ammonia.
Trites and trates are 0.

I plan to put in a 1yo 75 gallon with 20lbs of live rock and livestock.

Would you continue to wait, or add and prime for a few days?

Do another water change, then test. Give it a day before you test. Then add it slowly, maybe a rock a week
