what would you pay????

wanting to sell some corals to make room. i have a couple of offers on some corals just need help pricing this one..
the following is all on one rock..........:
live rock - very nice arch rock
purple mushrooms- 10+
blue clove polpys - 5"x5"
red zoas-100+ polpys
green zoas -40+ polpys
GSP-20+ polpys
neon green candycanes- 2
small quarter size - purple feather duster

Wow, that's a nice rock. I'd love to find something like that at my LFS; I'd buy it right away!
Did you buy the rock like this, or did you put it together?
Gee... I don't know what I'd pay for it... what do you want for it??

That's a tough one, but as a starting point, I'd say just the zoos, shrooms, and poylps is bringing it in around $150 - $200, with more corals still to go. But you would have to cap it off at some point.
