Look into the wrasses, many colorful and interesting fish there. IMO, they have some of the best personalities.
Dwarf angels can be picky. I had a flame that would eat everything. I had an ebili and it wouldn't eat any prepared foods of any kind. It only survived off the tank. I don't really have any tricks to help you get yours to eat more.

that is a pretty good list for a 75 all by itself, I would probably stop there or go with something a little smaller yet aggressive enough to be able to take care of itself without adding much more to your bioload
maybe bengaii or a pair of chromis

dwarf angels eat brine shrimp, cyclpo-eeze, it all really depends on yours.
Mine eats that, but each individual can have his/her own taste.
And when you mean common clownfish.. you are reffering to a true or false percula clownfish.
Also, i would suggest to get a dwarf angel,
Green chromis, and you can fing beautiful wrasses too.
