People are always asking "what do you suggest I stock my tank with." Well, I've been in the hobby for 15 years (granted out of it for the last two, and have forgotten quite a bit) and I know in general which fish I want, and which I don't want.
What I want to know is, if you could only suggest one fish and one coral to go into a reef, which one would it be. What fish and coral do you think is (in your opinion) a must have for your tank to be complete?
Obviously, there are no fish or coral that are MUST HAVE's...but we all have those tank members that we can't imagine our tank with out.
For me, I think it would be a flame angel. IMHO, nothing matches the beauty and color of a healthy, active flame angel.
As far as the coral, I would have to go with Zoa's. They will turn full grow adults into little kids with their nose against the glass every time. What else spreads as easily as Zoa's that you actually WANT to take over your tank. When was the last time you saw a post saying "Help! Zoa's are taking over! How do I get them out of my tank?"
