What wrong with my zoas? *Pics*

I purchased about 40 polyps of a green zoas for a lfs. I've had them about 1.5 weeks. They've been fine, until a couple days ago.
I split them a while back and put one half or one side of my nano, and the other on the opposite side. Now one is doing great, and the other is not looking so good. All the little polyps seem to "Somewhat" be open, and their mouth is sticking up really high. Please let me know if you have any suggestions what I should do. I don't want to loose my zoas!
My water:
Nitrate: 0
Nitrite: 0
Alkalinity: between 180-300
pH: 7.8
Here's some pics, hope they help :(

Also, if anyone could identify the green zoa and the blue mushroom, I would appreciate it, thanks!
OTHER HALF: (Just turned on light, starting to open:

Also, the purple coral behind this pic is not doing so well. A friend was going to throw it away, so I took it, hoping to revive it, but it hasn't improved, or gotten worse...

When I first got them, they were all reaching like this =(
They are in a brandnew biocube that's been up 2+ months.
No I did not dip. I am new to zoa keeping, these are my first. How long do you generally need to dip them for?
Thanks!

I was asked today what is wrong with zoa's that are starting to stay closed and turning dark brown?
I didn't know what to say. I have no idea. He had dipped them in Lugol's to be sure that there is nothing eating them and nothing came out.
Any words of wisdom?
