Whats a Good R/O unit for the bucks?

I was hoping some of you experts could stir me in the right direction on what type or name brand of a R/o unit to buy. I have a 75 Gal tank.

yes I relize how exspensive they are but, was just looking for some good insight....exspensive would be getting water from a pet shop.

i got a kent maxxim 60 gpd ( i think that was it.) RO/DI for 150. It just took me a while of looking around.

Do you need to leave the ro/di machines running all of the time? I purchased a Kent Marine Maxxima 50.

You do not need to have the RO/DI up running the time. It is important to keep the membrane moist and not allow it to dry out, you can do this by having the outlet tube higher than the RO itself.
