What's better 10k 20k Coralife for FOWLR

I'm going to be starting a 20H FOWLR tank. Wondered if someone could give advice on which bulbs they recommend.
It will be in an Eclipse hood. Handles 2 florescent bulbs. One will be an Actinic. The second will be either a 10000k Coralife or 20000 Coralife bulb. Or any other suggestions you might have.
