Whats better?

Whats the better lighting between these two for a 10g nano reef. (I want: 2 nemos, fire shrimp, cleaner shrimp, 5 blue leg hermit's, clown gobbie. Not sure what coral depending on which light is better)
Also please list some nice flowing colourful corals that would work with the light you choose and the tank size.
Both Power compact lights
light 1: Coralife 20" 96 Watt Quad Aqualight Compact Square Pin
Light 2: 20" orbit 2x40W sunpaq pc fixture W/lunar light and fan

go with light 1.. More watts and iv had coralife before and they really nice

But i can have LPS? isnt one just large and ones small? Hows that work? I'm new to this

LPS is fine, and yes... Not sure how to explain lol, SPS just needs alot of light
