Whats is growing on my rock?

I have this white fuzzy stuff growing on my rock on and or near my clorine algie. Ant ideas? I have just recently started adding calcium and iodine.

might be sponge. i have grown quite a bit in 2 years some yellow, some lavender in color. both started out as white cotton looking stuff.
